DeskBotHQ App Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

DeskBotHQ (the "app", also called Multi15) is a dashboard and remote control for trading-desk software that you run on your own computer. This policy covers the iPhone and Android app.

What the app collects

Nothing. The app does not collect, store on our servers, transmit to us, sell or share any personal data. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash-reporting services, and it requires no account or login.

What stays on your device

The only thing the app saves is the network address of your own engine (for example http://100.x.y.z:8821), stored locally on your phone so you do not have to type it again. You can change or clear it at any time from the connect screen.

Network connections

The app connects only to the address you enter: software running on a computer you control. Market data, positions and settings shown in the app come from that computer and are not sent to us. Your exchange or brokerage credentials stay on the computer running the engine and are never sent to the app or to us. The built-in demo mode uses sample data bundled inside the app and makes no network connections.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
