Refund policy

All sales are final.

DeskBot sells digital software access. Because access is delivered immediately and cannot be returned or un-delivered, we do not offer refunds once your purchase is complete and access has been issued. This applies to the One-Day Pass and to all membership plans.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital software access, that delivery begins immediately, and that you are waiving any right to cancel for a refund once delivery has begun.

Limited exceptions

We will review a refund request in these situations:

  • Duplicate charge. You were billed more than once for the same purchase.
  • Non-delivery. You did not receive access credentials and we were unable to resolve it.
  • Unauthorized charge. The purchase was made without your authorization.
  • Billing error on our side. You were charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a valid cancellation.

To request a review, email deskbotmain@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve approved requests within 5–10 business days, refunded to the original payment method.

What is not a refund reason

  • The software did not produce the results you expected or hoped for.
  • Trading losses of any kind, whether or not DeskBot was involved.
  • You changed your mind, or stopped using the software.
  • Your computer does not meet the stated system requirements. Check the requirements in our Shipping & Delivery Policy before purchasing; if you are unsure, contact us first and we will help you confirm compatibility.
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal date. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access being suspended pending resolution.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
