On a Mac, open the Apple menu and select About This Mac. A line reading “Chip: Apple M…” identifies Apple silicon. A line reading “Processor: Intel” identifies an Intel Mac. Choose the matching option on the DeskBot for Kalshi product page.
The Windows download does not require a separate Python installation. Follow the instructions included with your download for installation on your particular computer.
What you need before getting started
- A supported Mac or Windows computer that stays on while DeskBot runs.
- An internet connection for market data and account access.
- Your own funded Kalshi account and Kalshi API key.
- The download that matches your computer.
DeskBot runs locally. Your funds remain in your Kalshi account; DeskBot does not hold them. Enter your API key only through the setup process provided with the software. Never paste private keys into email, chat or a public screenshot.
How delivery works
Select Mac – Apple chip, Mac – Intel or Windows before checkout. Your download link is emailed after the order goes through and is also available on the order confirmation page. If the email is missing, check spam and promotions, then use the store contact page for help.
What the subscription includes
DeskBot for Kalshi is $1 for the first month, then $19.99 per month. A card is required and the plan renews monthly. It includes the Kalshi engine, a local dashboard and updates while your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the month you paid for.
The software watches Kalshi's 15-minute markets and shows its reason for each trade or skip. You choose the markets and rules. A compatible computer does not guarantee trading results.
Questions before you buy
Can I run DeskBot on an iPhone?
The current Kalshi product runs on a Mac or Windows computer. The mobile companion app is listed as coming soon and is not a replacement for the desktop engine.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes. DeskBot needs your computer running and connected while it watches markets. Do not expect it to keep operating when the computer is shut down or asleep.
Which version do I buy for an Intel Mac?
Choose Mac – Intel. The Apple chip download is the separate option for M1–M4 Macs.
Does buying the software guarantee profit?
No. Trading can lose money. DeskBot does not guarantee profits, returns or win rates.
